They may be nice ladies, but the governmental angencies they work for is a joke. ;-( We tryed for that payment as well as various other "conservation" payments over the years. We've learned our lesson and wont be doing that anymore.

Depending on the fescue variety, it still may make it ok even after being under water.

Good to see you are out planting. Just got our 1590 yesurday, and hope to get it dirty before monday.
