In this market time, there is land to be bought . . . it wasn't that long ago that there was little to no land on the market to buy. During the late 90's - 2003 or so, it was very hard to pry loose farm land . . . even for out landish offers. Those days will repeat themselves, and being cought wanting to or needing to sell - will be at a discount.
