Franklinton, LA | I am not sure if the fire damaged section of I55 is open or closed. However, if you are going to Napoleonville, you should leave I55 before you get that far south. You can take I12 West at Hammond and go through Baton Rouge. If you prefer a scenic route, you can take LA22 West at Ponchatoula and work your way to LA1 south.
I hope you have another good visit to a very scenic area of LA.
