I've been on Keto for about two months, and have not lost anything.  I had used Nutrisystem earlier this year and lost maybe fifteen lbs.  Too costly and so trying Keto.  I have a Keto app on my phone  and it shows mostly good days for keeping in guidelines.  It gives me 25 carbs and 2056 calories a day and so far this month I've been over two days. My blood glucose is good though.

I 'm thinking of going back to regular meals and limit calories.
