Behind the glove box usually. Most newer vehicles, you can access the Hepa/cabin filter through the glove box. Its usually in the owners manual. And... typically when you take it out, you get way better air flow through the heater/ac system. Especially if its plugged up a bit.. like mine always are from the gravel roads.
