The one that really chaps my ars is when they try to sell you a cabin air filter every other service job. The dealers used to prey on my wife when she'd take her van in. She'd come home with a bill for $70 for an oil change. Now when I call for service, I say no air filters. Probly asking for a hex to be put on it by the techs.
