Subject: RE: thats a bunch of corn for your neck of the woods

Earlton Ontario
Will be growing

26-79 Dekalb..........is 2150 CHU........73 day
2230 Pickseed.........is 2050 CHU......71 day
P7213R Pioneer........is 2000 CHU.....70 day

My goal is 100 bu/acre to supply high moisture to local dairy guys. Corn has replaced barley here in rations and I need another rotation crop other than barley.

I won't plant past May 15th. Last year the guys who planted before May 15 had grain. The guys who planted in June had junk!
