Subject: Verizon and a Blackberry

West Central MN
If you go with Verizon I would recommend a Blackberry phone if you don't mind paying a little more extra per month. I'm up by Ortonville and have a Blackberry Curve and am VERY happy with it. I live in a terrible signal area (14 miles to the nearest tower) but this phone seems to have taken care of the problem for me. My old phone was almost non-usable in many places, with the Blackberry I have very good reception and have had only a handful of dropped calls. I spent 33 minutes on the phone the other day with a mechanic. Only had two bars the whole time and the call never dropped. I would have had to call him back 3-4 times with my other phone.

Also, the internet works really nice. About the same speed as dial-up used to be and if you find the mobile version of sites it is very readable. Also, with a Blackberry you can have your emails forwarded to your phone if you would like that. I personally have not attempted that yet as 98% of the emails I get are junk.
