I can't answer your question about the Shoup radiator but I have had good luck with their parts. I got mine from a radiator shop and it has one more row of cores than the original one had and the tractor hasn't had a heating problem since the new one was installed. It's a 73 with 11,000 hours.
4430 seems to be running hot.
