Really stupid suggestion here, but have you checked the "other" radiator. The AC cooling radiator in front of the engine radiotor. You may not notice the ineffieincy of that unit yet since it is so cool, but it would still be blocking airflow to the engine radiator.
4430 seems to be running hot.
