have the baffles set on 0.  that is where i was told by dealer to leave them at always.  don't have a problem once they are at the meters.  if you take the hose of the row unit and bang it then you can get the seed going.  that and tap on the bottom of the hopper manifold with a hammer.  i know it works, just have to find the tricks.  the planter is  a 2003 by the way.
