Well fortunately for us we have a young mechanic that works for us that has graduated form the local John Deere technical school and now is enrolled in the tech college here at Pitt State for Diesel mechanics. Sounds like the perfect job for him to further his "education" SmileLaughing. He is a good young mechanic and sounds like he is the one for the job!

Thanks for the advice......I am sure he will appreciate it, even if he does not appreciate doing the jobSmile

Is it a two person job? In other words is it heavy or awkward where more than one person needs to help installing it? Does it need to be supported from above by a rope or something or do you just get under there and hoss it up into place?
