John check and see if the hydraulic pump flange is cracked ,if the shaft got out of control you may have damage manly with powershift.
Its important to ensure the transmission and engine are matched up your engine mounts are probably sagged down .
I made up a flange to mount a laser beam to ensure both engine and transmission are inline ,can send you pics if needed.
