Eastern Montana | One thing we all have to remember is things do wear out and things will need replaced. I have had tractors that have had an error code show up on the ac one day and i dont blame the guy that ran the tractor for the first several thousand hours, that being me, so when you buy used sometimes u have to accept the fact that crap happens. From the dealers side, sometimes they might know something is wrong but seldom do they run or test a tractor in field like conditions so they are left to trust the guy that traded it in. I agree as a dealer you did the right thing and made a situation right and u deserve credit for that, was it obligated to do so..... no. | |
