| Absolutely. A buyer has a responsibility to know what he is shopping for, and if he doesn't know, pay someone who does! An auction is an auction. "AS IS" and it is up to you to what extent you want to believe whoever may try to represent it. Purchasing from dealers, make sure there is a complete and thorough discussion regarding potential coverage in a what-if failure situation so that both parties understand. Communication is key. | |
