southern MN | I would get in writing if there was any warrenty - sometimes 50-50 or parts only or 50-50 on just parts for a short time.
I would expect the dealer to live up to that.
If I bought it as is, I may grumble if the dealer said something was good & it was not that way, but I would not expect anything from the dealer.
As-is is a lowball thing, & I take the risk as a buyer.
I would be pretty happy with your offer to recharge the air - think that is more than was implied in the transaction.
I rarely buy anything used & old with an engine in it from a dealer - it got traded in for a reason, & I am just buying the past person's problems..... I know better, no matter what the dealer says. So, I don't usually have myself in the situation you describe.
