| I work for the Postal Service and as far as I know, unless your address was unreadable, the empty box should have come to you. Over the years, I have seen a few empties show up, due to pathetic packaging. Insurance is something like $1.10 per $100, so it wouldn't have cost much for the shipper to add it. Even with insurance, we are still far cheaper then UPS and we deliver on Saturday.
At any rate, shipper is at fault, and I'd go back to pay pal and go from there. | |
