| Hello i bought a 1/2 snap on ratchet off ebay almost a month ago, last week i got to wondering how come it hadnt shown up. Long story short contacted the seller which was a pawn shop on the east coast that has a good history emails me back to tell me that the USPS had something happen in shipping and the box got damaged and the ratchet was gone. They had sent the empty box back to him. He said since i didnt have insurance on it the post office said tough luck, nothing from them. He hinted around about refunding me like half the price. Anyone had this happen before? I am going to call my local post office tomorrow and see what there policy is on something like this. Thought about filing a dispute through paypal. any ideas? thanks | |
