NC Iowa | file a claim with paypal. most likey he will refund, as this will freeze his account until settled. this could be his scam for all you know. insurance protects the seller more than the buyer and he is the one who has the insurable interest also. . when it is all done, you can still leave hin a negative feedback, as they can't retailate anymore.
tell him what you intend to do, and if no very fast results, go ahead with the claim right away!! it sounds like ebay is trying to crackdown on this. | |
