The brazialian 6.6 is based on the 401, but they're not entirely the same. Fuel systems are differnet. Probably manifolds. THe highway engine likely has a highway (limiting speed) govenor... and I'm not sure about the bellhousing pattern.
It would probably fit, or be made to fit IF you can get the old 401 oil pan on to clear the bottom...
I'd not want to even guess if that can be done.

You need to do some looking and some research before you buy this one.

Why not just rebuild the 401 that's in the loader if it's otherwise good?
A N/A 401 shouldn't be too awful expensive to kit...

BTW, the A62 is a 4 cylinder, 256T engine. The A64 should be a N/A 401. An A66 is a 401T.
