Subject: RE: oil in water well

Went out this morning and dipped the surface with a bucket on a rope. Pulled 1+ gallons of sludge type water off. Continued dipping and got down to relatively clear water. We re-installed the pump and the water ran clear. I am having a sample pulled today before we connect to the house. My plumber called a supply house in NE Ohio and they sell an emulsifier that is supposed to clean the casing, etc. We'll see how the water test comes back. Thanks for all the help.
