Perth county, Ontario		My guess would be that with the price of new going up so much the price of used has to increase also to keep guys interested in buying new and the dealer is trying to increase his profit on used pieces already sitting on the lot as well. This would make him look real good if the buyer didn't know about the price increases as the dealer would have lots of room to drop the price when a potential customer is bartering to make the customer feel like he is getting a deal and the dealer is still getting more than he origianlly planned/allowed for.
