That indicates an opinion that there should be some incentive to move it off the lot . . .

It's different today, due to world wide advertising via 'net and dealer contacts in all parts of the USA and beyond . . . Where one would think, the piece is over priced for the area and have limited marketablilty, it maybe a bargin 2200 miles away. . . . Keep peging away at the dealer asking questions to try and find what the dealer has into it. He may then start to give up his hole card and then you can determan if it's in your price range or not . . ..
