All good suggestions. If you can rent or access some of these tools here is a couple more suggestions. You might try one of these spring steel fish tapes this one is 100' long but they might have some longer if you are unable to get a line through the existing pipe. It's a long way to push but sometimes you can put a vise grips on the fish tape to give more leverage and to help push it Here is a picture of some of the cable lubricant. Like others mentioned it has the consistency of snot but it sure does help when pulling cables. Even the smallest bend can present challenges if there is not lots of room to spare with larger wires in smaller conduit. For actually pulling the wires one of these wire mesh pullers is great. The harder you pull the tighter it gets. You would likely pull your wire in two before this would let go. Think of the old chinese finger torture toys its the same concept. It's a whole lot better than trying to tape the wire or fasten it onto a rope. Especially when using the smaller one it does not make a big wad where the wire is taped to the pulling rope.
