The commercials use air and a "pig" to get a rope through. I have used the opposite once. Try a shop vac with a wad of paper tied to a fishing line. After the fishing line is in, attach a small rope to that and pull that through. Then if needed, pull a larger rope to the smaller line and pull that through. May need a good vac for that distance.
