Here is the sweet spot I have found on our 1994 9600 with 30' head going 3.5mph in tuff green stem beans 60+ bpa. 500 rpm cylinder speed, concave shut all the way, cleaning fan wide open, chaffer 18, chaffer extension 14, bottom sieve 7-9, (10 sereis update on chaffer and sieve adjustments). Filler plates between rasp bars are removed. I like to mess with settings on everything and this is the best I could get. If someone has something better I'm all ears.
