| A B-02 blend (2%) provides provides far more lubricity than 500 ppm sulfur which is what most of the high sulfur fuels were running. Actually, all it takes is a 0.5% blend (1/2 of 1%) to provide equal lubricity.
Fuel companies are playing to your fear, and spending big to deliver the fear message. In this case, all of the BS and the fine print says "soy biodiesel enhanced".
