That is hard to believe becaues we used to put up ear corn and would have trouble getting what I thought was weevils in it or some kind of bug that would eat the heart of the kernel out. We had to spray the cribs and corn at times for this. Also cant believe the rats didnt take it over cats or no cats. The rats tunnel under the corn and the floor and eat through boards and all.
