NW Tennessee | Tillage in general has seemed to be on the increase around here, but not as much going on this fall, at least not yet. That may change if the rains don't set in and we all start getting restless. We are trying to no-till all we can, although we do what we have to do in whatever situation arises. I do have a neighbor that used a breaking plow on several acres of corn ground this fall, first I've seen in many, many years. IMO they are really good farmers but farm all flat ground and don't do a lot of no-till anyway. | |
