The more I read these posts re. testing, zone (whatever kind) vs grid, the more I like the method of just vari-rate replacement based on crop removal. I do realize that Ph needs to be addressed by soil testing however.

Basically, I've never heard the grid-believers say that zones are wrong, however I always hear the "zone guys" say that grids are wrong. Zone guys are pretty religous about their methods.
