| Shouldn't.... but I think you'll find thast on certain model pumps it will....
A neighbour summoned me one day because his little 2 hole jap massey wouldn't run right. Come to find out that he turned a delivery valve when he was bleeding it. Turned it back and it ran correctly. It wasn't entraped air... but I think it altered the time enough from one cylinder to the other to make it run quite rough.
