| Is it leaking on the line fitting where it attches to the pump's delivery valve or is the delivery valve leaking?
If it's just the line, remove the line and look for cracks in the end of the line. That's probably the problem.
If it's actually the delivery valve that's leaking then I think I'd send the pump out for service. Altering the delivery valve height will probably change the timing to some degree, and that's obviously not something you want to do..
