If the dealer has the special tool, it can be done on the combine. It would be best to let someone trained on the pump to replace the gasket. Whatever you do, don't bend the line. They are very hard and bending them can flake off some of the line inside and that will plug the injector. And you simply can't be too clean around an opened up pump.
