Had an old grain truck in my youth die on the unload grate/ scale, with the hoist 1/2 way up. What do you do? Not a terrible busy day, I scooped the load out by shovel, with the hoist 1/2 up.
I crawled the truck off the scale/dump with the starter.
Ended up being the fuel pump. Strapped an outboard tank on the hood, gavity fed the carb, and drove it home.
