All this is very interesting i was wondering if there has been any research done with N also being applied in the strip. I know you are being more efficent with it. We have always applied 1 lb of N for expected yield but that was before strip till can you cut back any i have heard of being able to cut back to .8 lbs of N per bushel. Is this true? or has anybody heard any different.
