SE MN | If you do want to use the JD rowcommand clutches you need a planter with Seedstar 2 (not seedstar Gen II), a 1800 or 2600 display, receiver, and swath control pro activation. All model year '09 planters that were ordered with seedstar are seedstar 2. It is possible to upgrade from seedstar gen II to Seedstar 2, however I haven't seen the kits become available yet and don't know the pricing either. Also Seedstar 2 will move all functions of seedstar to the 2600 display so there is no need for the second display any longer. | |
