i hardwired all my equipment (tractors,combine) from the starter
solenoid with a standard female socket. wire the pump on the trailer
with a matching male plug. then you just pull the trailer up to the equipment
and plug it in. no more messing with alligator clips or unhooking the truck and trailer.
very simple and works great.
