Point was you have to pay yearly for cell service.  $600/800 a year so it does cost you something to use.  i realize the RTK signal is free.

I do know there are cheaper than $800 per year fees to run off of a non CORS network, although the up front cost to buy into that network may be more.

It is just everybody says that it is free, well you still need cell service.
