So what does it cost you to run a cell service for 500 hours a year?
not the RTK, the cell charge. what kind of "plans" are there for this?
I believe most unlimited data plans are about $60/month.

What is the going rate a year for a RTK network per globe (non CORS). so what would 4 CORS RTK cost a year? I don't think it is "free", you pay for something.

CORS: The Iowa DOT is not going to charge an access fee. If you wanted to access it with a Trimble receiver, the solution most commonly discussed on NAT would consist of the InTime Connection and an RTK unlock for the receiver.
