I have had this happen to me quite a few times when I had a 4710 and only once on my 4720. I run dual displays in mine, a GS2 and a brown box. What has worked for me is to unplug my spraystar controller (brown box) and plug it back in and that takes care of it. Don't ask me why but it has worked everytime and it also worked for a friend of mine who I told about it.
