did you flush system prior to pulling vacuum? r12 oil is not compatible with the 134a. If you still had oil left in system and then added the correct amount of new oil, then too much oil can decrease cooling. Also, those pressures seem a little high. On my tractors and such, I usually have maybe 30 and 200-220. I'm no a/c expert but have recharged a few over the years and converted a couple myself. And as msb stated, could be partially clogged expansion valve or orifice tube which ever you have that could be causing the higher than normal pressure on high side.
