Yes, the detents are rebuildable, but require special tools to remove and install the seal packings.
If you don't have the driver, just buy a detent assy.
Seeing as how you seem to be having flow & pressure problems, I would have somebody run the FlowRater test on it. I think your pump or relief valve is worn out.
