I can understand what you mean, because I also farm about 1300 acres of cotton and peanuts myself. I know that it is hard to make a living off of the land, land rent in my area is off the charts, I personally can not understand why farmers start jumping land rent just because commodity prices are up, regardless of the increase in crop inputs.
