Right now, Monsanto has to report to the EPA the Bt traits that it has sold, whether it's in Dekalb's bags or whomever's. I'm assuming that Pioneer, Syngenta and Mycogen are in the same boat. If someone gets audited they have to be able to supply reciepts that must match their seed companie's records. Right now, the chances of being audited are very low unless the only thing reported by the seed companies is all Bt.
