hey there.... i used to sell cars ... i dont anymore.. but anyways, the extended warranty is always good, i buy it on everything pretty much, it depends on what it is, i bought and extended warranty for my car when i bought it.

i always loved the people buying USED cars... say no to the extended warranty and then say a year into the contract, something goes wrong with the car ( its a machine, they all break ) and they come back in complaining about the bill !!!!

ive had to use the warranty on my car ( its a 2003, ive had it for 1 year, i put a 3 year/60K on it ) ive had to use it 3 times, just for small stupid electronic stuff... $100 deductable x 3 = $300 .... if i didnt have the warranty... my cost would have been well over $2000 !!!!!!!!!!!! it pays for itself !

I would say go for it, especially with the IVT.... something goes wrong with that tranny.... big $$
