I have been in 3 technical education classes on A-F. One by Cat, one by Fleetguard, and one by NAPA. The sum of all this training is that they all sell standard and long life A-F. You can mix any and all of them together includuding ethelyne and propelyne, red, green, orange, and gold. The only drawback is that if you mix long life with standard is will all be standard. You will defeat the benefit of long life. The one exception is GMs "dexicool" which is considered to be unmixable and proven to eat aluminum.

The only difference between standard and long life is that long life is premixed with de-ionized water and loaded with the maximum amount of SCAs (supplemental coolant additives).
