In the northern plains, we generally add a half-rate of fungicide with the herbicide in the 3 to 6 leaf stage. 2 oz. Tilt, 7 oz. Quilt, 3 oz. Headline; take your pick. I've seen enough response to justify treatment all the way down to 25 bu./ac.
