| If the air entering a general purpose distribution system is hotter than ambient, it is improperly designed or improperly installed. Hot compressed air creates all kinds of problems starting with excessive moisture. All kinds of good solutions -
pipe loops, mechanical coolers, a second holding tank, etc. If youi run a two stage compressor and it is designed/plumbed for an intercooler, add one. It will make everything run more efficiently. | |
