| I run a Tiger Jaw sickle as well and was wondering how tight you shim the sickle to the guards and if you think proper shimming is critical for good performance. We seem to be loosing too many beans at the header and I am starting to think its because our sickle isn't shimmed right. Do you find you have to adjust yours yearly to get a good cut without alot of shattering? This is on a JD 215.
