Subject: RE: Anybody else ready to quit RR beans?

Kelley,

I'm not ready to give up the RR beans just yet but I am concerned about what seems to be more and more "tolerance" with the weeds to Roundup. I think the answer for us in just a few more years will be Dicamba resistant beans. Then we will be able to skip a year of using Roundup which I think will help a bunch on resistance.
We'll be able to use Banvel for broadleaves on Beans and there are plenty of good grass herbicides to apply on beans that can be tank mixed.
If this comes to play like I think it will, Roundup beans will become less popular and RR corn will become more in use. Strange how things can change.
